I just wanted to thank you for your help in shipping all of our chairs that we ordered.  Being in the wedding business, we have rather strict time schedules as to when we can accept deliveries, and we really appreciate you working with us for the initial delivery.

I also wanted to thank you for replacing the five damaged chairs so quickly!  I didn't expect the 3 extra chairs that were sent to us at your expense, due to the way they were packaged, but many thanks for your handling of the matter.  Your customer service is to be commended, and we will definitely be ordering from you for our future chair/table needs, as well as referring you to any of our friends in the wedding industry who may be looking to make such a purchase.
